Day Six

The sixth day was very unproductive and my legs seemed to be irritated the majority of the time. More water earlier in the day and much more magnesium is needed. Four sessions 1/1/2:25/1:05 +5.5hrs +33 total hours

Day Five

This was the toughest day yet. Emotions ran wild. One positive was an understanding of the mind structure and how much I unknowingly give it attention, identity and power over me. Also a thought ran across the screen that i have a belief that i need to have beliefs. +5.5 hours

Day Four

The fourth day started out easy and smooth with a 2 hour session immediately after waking up.  Then the afternoon session of 2.75 hours was a little more challenging with a disconnected feeling. Then the last 45 minutes before bed was painfully long and the mind was not at rest. I'm going to assume it was from a lack of sleep as I was restless last night and possibly from a lack of water as well. Lets see how tomorrow goes. +4.5 hours in Meditation  22 hours total over 4 days

Day Three

Day three was a breeze and showed improvements in the ease of meditation.  The morning started at 6am with a 1 hour session and a long acupuncture and cupping appointment.  After lunch I went into a 4.5 hour Samadhi session with only a few small resets and a ten minute bathroom break. It was quite peaceful and easy with no frustration. There were moments of the mind chattering: planning, thinking, problem solving, remembering, and fantasizing. Visualization and manyras brought focus back to the still mind each time. +5.5 hours. +16.5 total.

Day Two

Today started out earlier than previous days at 6:20 am to gain time in session because I had pickleball mid morning. When returning from there I was able to do a 2.5 hour meditation session but had to break because my eyes started to flicker and I couldnt overcome it. After a break and a late lunch another 1.5 hours and a half hour before bed. 5.5 hours total and the daily goal was met. The aggregate is at 11 hours of the 10k goal.  I am noticing old thoughts and traumas attempting to intrude as well as repetitive thoughts. Mantras and visualization techniques have helped with these.

Day one 2025

Today was the start and the goal of 5.5 hours of meditation was met. There definitely was some doubt that came up and time and space seemed off as the day progressed. It seemed like a shift occurred at some point and there were periods where I list the experience of time. The total hours was reached through 4 sessions. As this experience progresses I would like it to become one continuous meditation session.
